What is Express Transfer?
Express Transfer is a premium feature available exclusively to our VIP and Platinum members. Unlike standard transfers, Express Transfers are initiated instantly, bypassing Zen Fin’s standard business hours and weekend processing delays.
Available to: VIP and Platinum tiers only.
Not Available to: Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.
How it Works
When you select the "Express" option in your Zen Fin dashboard:
Immediate Initiation: Your transfer begins the moment you click "Send," regardless of whether it is a weekend or a public holiday.
Same-Region Speed: For transfers within the same economic region (e.g., within the EU or North America), funds are typically delivered within 1 business day.
Important Considerations
While Zen Fin dispatches your funds immediately, the final arrival time depends on the recipient's infrastructure:
Receiving Bank Processing: Some recipient banks may require a short period to verify and credit the funds to the account once they arrive.
Cross-Region Transfers: Transfers between different global regions may still be subject to standard intermediary bank checks.
Tier Eligibility Notice
If you are currently on a Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan, the Express Transfer option will be locked. To access this feature and enjoy instant processing, you can upgrade your account at any time through the "Membership" tab in your app.
